We all know that feeling when the realities of life are starting to wash over you like the waves of the ocean.  That is how King David felt as he wrote Psalm 69.  David is in crisis mode.  Crisis is an inevitable part of life on this side of eternity.  So what happens when you reach that moment when you feel like you’re in the deep end of life and you can’t swim? When the waves of being a new parent and all the anxieties and stressors that come from that wash over you.  Or the waves of a broken marriage and failed expectations keep crashing into you day after day.  What do you do?  Psalm 69 gives us the answer.
