The greatest movement in history began in an unlikely place: a locked room filled with frightened people.

In John 20:19–22, the risen Jesus comes to his disciples with peace, sends them with purpose, and supplies them with the power of the Holy Spirit.

The same is true for every follower of Jesus today: we have received the hope of the gospel, but we were never meant to keep it to ourselves. The hope that came to us was never meant to stop with us.
